The Dunaj Human Rights Academy is a flagship annual educational program organized by Dunaj Instytut Dialogu under its dedicated Human Rights Platform (Platforma Praw Człowieka). The academy serves as an intensive learning and dialogue forum designed to equip young people with the theoretical knowledge and practical tools necessary to defend universal values. Each edition focuses on pressing global challenges, ranging from the ethical dimensions of humanitarian crises and the global refugee experience to preserving human dignity and defending vulnerable groups in the face of rising authoritarianism.
The initiative targets a highly motivated international audience, primarily bringing together university students, young researchers, human rights defenders, and NGO activists. The program is conducted by an international panel of experts, including prominent academics, legal scholars, sociologists, and field workers with firsthand experience in humanitarian aid.
