An annual educational fair promoting health, well-being, and diversity through expert lectures and engaging youth activities.
The Health Fair (Targi Zdrowia) is an annual educational initiative organized by Dunaj Instytut Dialogu, focused on promoting physical health, mental well-being, and diversity. Held in collaboration with prestigious academic partners like the Medical University of Warsaw (Warszawski Uniwersytet Medyczny), the event creates a dynamic space where modern health challenges are discussed openly and practically.
The project brings together university professors, medical experts, high school students, teachers, and dialogue enthusiasts. Renowned speakers lead inspiring seminars on critical contemporary topics, including overcoming trauma through nutrition, combating addictions, building sustainable lifestyles, and addressing the dangers of tobacco. Local youth, such as students from the Stefan Żeromski High School, actively participate, adding vibrant energy to the event.
This practice matters because it bridges the gap between academic knowledge and everyday wellness for young people. By focusing on holistic health and diversity, the fair empowers the younger generation to make informed lifestyle choices, build personal resilience, and foster a supportive, inclusive community. It embodies our commitment to human dignity and active service to society.
